Dree festival celebrated with Traditional fervor in Itanagar.

#watch || Dree festival, the popular festival of the Apatani Community, celebrated with traditional fervor at Dree Ground in Papu Nallah, Itanagar on Friday. Deputy Chief Minister, Chowna Mein and Itanagar, MLA, Techi Kaso graced the event as chief guest and guest of honour. The day-long celebration featured the inauguration of the Apatani Heritage Shopping Complex and Golden Jubilee Gate by DyCM. Presentations were made to Dree Nyibus and the founding fathers of Modern Dree. There was also the distribution of lifetime achievement awards. colourful traditional cultural program, book and audio release, mega dance, and community feast marked the day-long program.
