I Tested the Godox iT32+X5 on Sony – Wow.

In today's video, I take the Godox iT32 and the X5S magnetic trigger into the Sardinian undergrowth to see if this ultra-compact, modular lighting system can solve our biggest problems in the field. Using the Sony A9 and the Sigma 70mm f/2.8 Macro, we'll look at how the incredibly short flash duration of the iT32 (up to 1/30,000s) can freeze motion perfectly, overcoming the blur caused by the wind. We will also dive deep into the hardware, from its magnetic mounting system that allows you to switch from on-camera to off-camera in a split second, to its colour touchscreen interface. I'll show you how to navigate the Wi-off, Sender, and Receiver modes, how to activate the crucial Screen Lock to prevent accidental touches while working in the bushes, and even how to use the iT32 as a Master trigger to control other lights like the Godox TT685 via the 2.4GHz wireless X system.
