How to Salvage Watercolor Paints

Do you have an old palette or pans with watercolor paints in them you want to move to a new palette or pans? I will show you how I moved my Daniel Smith Watercolors from the 1/2 pans and an old palette into new full pans. Do you have any other helpful tips on how to salvage watercolor paints?
