BIG BREAKING NEWS: A major update has been reported regarding Very Severe Cyclonic Storm Arnab as the cyclone approaches the Andhra Pradesh coastline. According to the supplied weather report attributed to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), the outer bands of the cyclone have already started reaching land. The cyclone is reportedly expected to make landfall earlier than previously forecast, possibly between 2 AM and 4 AM on October 28. The cyclonic system is reportedly moving over the west-central Bay of Bengal at a speed of 18 km/h near the Andhra Pradesh coast.
