Shootout drama after a razor-thin battle 😱 SCH – AMS 🏑 Tulp Hoofdklasse Women ‘25/’26 highlights

Amsterdam pull off a massive upset and eliminate title favourites SCHC from the race for the Tulp Hoofdklasse crown. After a dramatic 3–2 first-leg victory, the second meeting in Bilthoven ended in a tense battle where SCHC forced shoot-outs — but Anne Veenendaal stole the spotlight. The Amsterdam goalkeeper delivered a stunning performance, stopping three of four attempts to send her side into the championship final against Den Bosch. The result also brought an emotional end to Xan de Waard’s SCHC career. Despite another outstanding performance from the legendary midfielder, SCHC’s remarkable season came to a painful close as Amsterdam celebrated one of the biggest play-off shocks of the year.
