Future Gohan - Last of the Z Fighters | Dragon Ball Z「 ARC 」( Lyric Video )

In the future Trunks came from, Goku died of a heart virus and the androids killed everyone else. Gohan was the last one standing - thirteen years fighting Seventeen and Eighteen alone, in his father's gi, with a scar down his face and no Dragon Balls left to wish anyone back. He lost an arm shielding a kid with purple hair. Then he knocked that kid out so he wouldn't have to watch, walked into the rain, and fought them both one more time. Trunks found him in the water and went Super Saiyan for the first time. This one's for Future Gohan - the last of the Z Fighters. LYRICS ------- [Chorus] Last of the Z Fighters - I'm the only one still here Dad went down to a virus, and the rest went down in fear One arm and a scar, and I still get up and fight Every scream from the city, every android in the night Teach the kid to burn like gold before they bury me Last of the Z Fighters - and the last thing they'll see [Verse 1] Thirteen years of running, every city turned to dust Seventeen and Eighteen laughing, nobody left to trust Piccolo went first, and the Dragon Balls went with him No wish, no mercy, and the whole sky went dim Just a kid with purple hair who kept begging for the war So I showed him what a Super Saiyan's fire is for [Verse 2] They came for the kid, and I took the blast and lost the arm Told him that's a bargain - one arm, and he's safe from harm One more time I put him down to sleep before the fight Can't have him watch the last Z Fighter lose his light Rain came down on the city, two of them and one of me Gold went out in the water - but the boy would still be free [Bridge] If you find me in the rain, don't you cry, don't say my name Go Super Saiyan, boy - let the lightning tell them who came Everything I taught you, every day we ever trained Was for the day the last Z Fighter falls, and you remain Tell my father it was worth it - tell him I held the line Last of the Z Fighters - now the future's yours, not mine ------- Original song.
