21 September 2026 को Ariana Afghan Airlines द्वारा चार्टर (किराए पर) लिया गया एक Boeing 737-300 कार्गो विमान काबुल इंटरनेशनल एयरपोर्ट पर सुरक्षित रूप से लैंड हुआ है, यह विशेष मालवाहक विमान (Cargo Plane) प्रति उड़ान लगभग 17 मीट्रिक टन सामान ले जाने की क्षमता रखता है, यह विमान UAE (संयुक्त अरब अमीरात) की कंपनी का है, जिसे Rent (लीज़/किराए) पर अफगानिस्तान की सरकारी एयरलाइन (Ariana Afghan Airlines) को दिया गया, इस विमान का इस्तेमाल अफगानिस्तान मुख्य रूप से भारत में सामान भेजने और भारत से रिलीफ मटेरियल ले जाने के लिए करेगा, आप जानते ही है की पाकिस्तान ने भारत के लिए अपना एयर स्पेस बंद कर रखा है, अब भारत को बहुत ही Long Route लेकर खाना, दवाई और जरूरी सामान अफगानिस्तान पहुंचना पड़ता है, मगर यह कार्गो विमान अफगानिस्तान का है, अंतरराष्ट्रीय नियमों के अनुसार, पाकिस्तान किसी तीसरे देश (जैसे अफ़ग़ानिस्तान) के विमान को सिर्फ इसलिए नहीं रोक सकता क्योंकि वह विमान भारत जा रहा है, पाकिस्तान और अफ़ग़ानिस्तान दोनों संयुक्त राष्ट्र की संस्था ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) के सदस्य हैं। इसके नियमों के तहत सामान्य परिस्थितियों में किसी भी देश को दूसरे देश के नागरिक या व्यापारिक विमानों को 'ओवरफ्लाइट' (सिर्फ आसमान से गुजरने) की अनुमति देनी होती है। On September 21, 2026, a Boeing 737-300 cargo aircraft, chartered by Ariana Afghan Airlines, landed safely at Kabul International Airport. This specialized cargo plane has a capacity of approximately 17 metric tonnes per flight. Owned by a UAE-based company, the aircraft has been leased to Afghanistan's state-owned airline, Ariana Afghan Airlines. Afghanistan intends to use this aircraft primarily to transport goods to India and bring back relief material from there. As is well known, Pakistan has closed its airspace to India, forcing India to take a very long route to deliver food, medicines, and essential supplies to Afghanistan. However, since this cargo plane belongs to Afghanistan, international regulations dictate that Pakistan cannot block an aircraft from a third country (such as Afghanistan) simply because it is bound for India.
