What does it really mean to heal the child within us? In this deeply honest episode of Find Your First Unseen Love, Dr. Jayne takes us beyond the beautiful language of “inner-child healing” and into the reality of the process. Because going back to meet the little versions of ourselves, the ones who may have felt hurt, unseen, afraid, or simply needed more love, can be beautiful, but it can also be dark, painful, and uncomfortable. We talk about learning to love those younger versions of ourselves instead of judging them, and recognizing the wounds we may still carry into adulthood. Our conversation also moves into another difficult reality: drugs, addiction, loss, and what can happen when people are struggling without a strong support system around them. It’s a reminder that we never truly know what another person is carrying behind closed doors. This episode is about healing, but it’s also about humanity. Looking inward with love, looking outward with compassion, and perhaps learning to judge ourselves and others a little less. ❤️ Credits: Naman Wiesel (Audio Engineer, McGill University) #FindYourFirstUnseenLove #DrJayne #InnerChildHealing #HealingJourney #LoveYourInnerChild #MentalHealthAwareness #AddictionAwareness #EmotionalHealing #SelfLove #HumanConnection #SupportMatters #BreakTheStigma #Compassion #HealingIsMessy #Podcast
