Automated Inventory Management System with Agentic AI — Full Demo

In this video, I walk through a full end-to-end demo of an automated inventory management system that uses agentic AI to monitor stock levels, place replenishment orders, handle escalations, and track deliveries — all running autonomously behind the scenes. The system is built with a Spring Boot backend, an Angular frontend dashboard, a Python AI agent powered by Anthropic, and RabbitMQ for message brokering between components. I cover the environment setup (virtual environment, pip install, Keycloak secret, Anthropic API key), run the agent, and watch it detect low-stock items, auto-approve orders, raise shortage escalations for human-in-the-loop resolution, and track shipments through to delivery. I also show how to reset the demo and run the agent in a continuous loop for production use. The next video will cover the architecture in depth.
