[Impossible] - "Unnerfed BRITNEY NO SCLEARS" with Frame Windows Counter

This is a counter on the true unnerfed version of BRITNEY NO SCLEARS, a really awesome solo list demon inspired by SARY NEVER CLEAR that was verified by ScotchTape a couple months ago, and rated earlier this month as a top 50. It had received some nerfs between verification versions, the first one being top 15, before being nerfed for enjoyment. Regardless though, I believe this is the version that f*m04 showcased, and is currently on the ILL around 100 spots above Aeternus. I would say that placement is pretty accurate, despite the ILL algorithm's many mishaps. Safe to say this won't be verified, there are some UFO spam segments that may not have tight timings but are still really difficult in the way of you needing to control it well. Difficult ship segments are common in the level too. This was a request but also just another excuse to upload this auralicious level.
