It was better with the directional chimes as the chimes are essential for guiding non-English users and for riders waiting outside the elevator! It's fine if the floor arrival chime was gone instead because of the voice announcements since the elevator only serves 2 landing total. Also fine with the directional chimes from ‪@MADelevator‬ being replaced with the ones from #KONE.
