Making Disney Haunted Mansion Ghosts Costumes for an Entire Group for Halloween!

Celebrating Halloween in Haunted Mansion costume was so fun. Last year my group went to Oogie Boogie Bash dressing as Haunted Mansion Ghosts for the special Disney Halloween event. It was truly a very special time and some of the most fun I’ve ever had. Prepping for the event was a lot of fun also. I made all five Haunted Mansion ghosts costumes for my family and friends. It was such fun making all the costumes match one another and getting them all finished just in time for the big day. I designed each look with matching elements and the same color palette to make them look as though they were meant to be together. On top of that, there was an element from each costume that remained unique to the look. That way each individual ghost has something unique about their look as well. The hardest part of completing these costume was the makeup. I am not a makeup artist so getting all of these costumes looks complete with full face and body makeup really put the pressure on. After making all of the outfits for the Disney Halloween event I took it to the makeup chair finishing all 5 looks. Again, I used the same color pallet for each look. I also kept the same stylistic cartoonish look to each piece. This way we all stayed very friendly for all the young guests attending the same event. The year before this I went as Oogie Boogie which was a lot spookier than these looks! This even was the best and I couldn’t have been happier with the way the ghost costumes came out. My group of ghosts is the best and I thank every one of them from the bottom of my heart for allowing me to make and style them like this. Also, thank you for spending time and watching this video.
