World Land Trust

For nearly two decades, WLT supporters have helped safeguard forests and reconnect fragmented habitat in the Kinabatangan. Now, a time-critical opportunity has emerged to secure a vital link between isolated forest patches in an increasingly threatened landscape. If lost, an important wildlife corridor will disappear, further fragmenting orangutan habitat and undermining years of conservation progress. In this webinar, Hutan’s co-founder and Director Isabelle Lackman will share first-hand insights into their work in the Kinabatangan, explain why the Sungai Sukau Wildlife Corridor is so important, and show how your support through our Summer Appeal can help secure this land permanently for conservation.
