YouTube Description A real-time improvisation with the SONICWARE minimal. No pre-programmed performance, no fixed arrangement, and no prepared sequence development. Everything is created and shaped in the moment through hands-on control of the instrument. I start with a simple pattern and gradually develop it by adding accents, introducing glide, changing the sequence playback position, and responding to how the sound evolves in real time. For me, improvisation is not simply playing a prepared sequence differently. It is about listening, making decisions, and building the music while performing. The SONICWARE minimal is particularly inspiring for this kind of spontaneous performance because small changes in timing, sequence position, accents, and sound parameters can completely change the character of the groove. This is a one-take, live performance focused on the process of creating the music rather than reproducing a finished composition. 🎛️ SONICWARE minimal 🎧 Real-time monitoring 🎥 Live performance / one-take improvisation All music and performance by 903machines.
