Trains at Carlsbad Village on the summer solstice - Amtrak, Coaster, BNSF

On the longest day of the year, I spent almost an entire day at Carlsbad Village. I came for a bit in the morning while out getting donuts then I returned for the afternoon and stayed late into the evening. I was joined by Amtrak462 Productions (who came to me a few months ago about railfanning on this day), as well as Jake Pomerleau_Productions, Will Vanni Productions, Nathan Wasserman, SanDiegoRailfan399, PacificSurflinerFan450, CentralValleyRailfan8311, TransitfanandRailfan, Amtrak and AWVR Fan, Jeremy Howard, Greg_Whalen25, SD Rail Productions, and CoastalRailProductions03. I also invited Extreme Train Fan, AmtrakTitan455, xtremepadrefan, andross51, and Coaster3001 but they were unable to make it. We caught a lot of good stuff, including horizon equipment and 90208 on 584 and 595, a P42DC doubleheader (which is normally only seen on the long distance trains), and much more!!
