Game: Master Duel (Steam) Season: 43 (Jul/25) Rank of the Duels: M4-M1 00:00 vs Maliss [1] (Turn 1) 00:44 vs Maliss [1] (Turn 2) 02:50 vs Atlanteans (Turn 1) 03:45 vs Atlanteans (Turn 2) 05:19 vs Centur-Ion (Turn 1) 06:29 vs Centur-Ion (Turn 2) 10:08 vs Blue Eyes (Turn 1) 11:14 vs Blue Eyes (Turn 2) 16:31 vs Maliss [2] (Turn 1) 19:07 vs Maliss [2] (Turn 2) 20:57 vs Tenpai [Promotion/Live Duel] 24:45 M1 Rank-up Moment 25:05 Final Decklist My initial idea was to play Master rank with the new Maliss. However, with all the hype and propaganda making it look like the next Tier 0, I decided first to test the waters with a more chill deck (Kashtira). It paid off, since people are teching against Maliss, which would make it unbearable for some to play the new deck. In this Kashtira deck, summoning the three stooges + Prep proved to be annoying enough against Maliss rather than Arise-Heart, pass. I got rid of Big Bang because I got sick and tired of the RNG forcing it into my hand in previous seasons. During M3 and 2, I got EXTREMELY lucky and won like 80% of the coin-flips, having a decent-to-good hands in almost all those duels. Solemn is effective against Maliss, since you can kill their high-rate link monsters with it, and because they are not treated as "properly summoned", then they are basically gone for good for the duel once their link summon is negated. I am still not sure of the proper targets to banish with Unicorn. Some good targets seem to be Splash Mage, Ransom and Binder.
