Durga Puja in Bangalore 2026 ❤️ | Exploring Palace Grounds, RT Nagar, Ulsoor & Koramangala Pandals Experience the vibrant spirit of Durga Puja in Bengaluru 2026! 🥁✨ In this vlog, we explore some of the most beautiful and lively Durga Puja pandals across Bangalore, witnessing magnificent Maa Durga idols, spectacular lighting, artistic decorations, delicious Bengali food, bhog, live concerts, cultural performances, and the incredible festive atmosphere that brings the Bengali community together. If you are looking for the best Durga Puja pandals in Bangalore, this vlog takes you through four popular Durga Puja destinations across the city! 📍 1. Bengaluru Durga Puja Committee (BDPC) – Palace Grounds, Gate No. 6 Our Durga Puja journey begins at Palace Grounds, Gate No. 6, where the Bengaluru Durga Puja Committee (BDPC) organises its celebrations at The Grand Castle. The first thing that caught our attention was the amazing lighting and beautifully illuminated surroundings. The entire venue had a grand festive atmosphere, making it a wonderful place to explore during Durga Puja. We also visited the grand hall housing the magnificent Durga Pratima, which was beautifully presented. And, of course, the food! The food stalls offered a fantastic opportunity to enjoy the flavours of the festival while soaking in the festive ambience. 📍 2. RT Nagar Socio Cultural Trust – Palace Grounds, Gate No. 9 Next, we headed to the famous RT Nagar Durga Puja at Palace Grounds, Gate No. 9, organised by the RT Nagar Socio Cultural Trust. This pandal offered a very different experience, with artistic installations and thought-provoking ideas reflecting modern life, consumerism, overspending, and the influence of social media on our daily lives. It was fascinating to see how art and festival celebrations could come together to communicate a message. The decorations were impressive, and the atmosphere became even more energetic with concerts and live performances. The combination of artistic creativity, cultural entertainment, and festive celebrations made this stop particularly memorable. We also explored another Durga Puja celebration inside the grounds, adding another glimpse into the diversity of Bengaluru's festive scene. 📍 3. The Bengalee Association – Ulsoor, Bangalore On the following day, our exploration continued at the Durga Puja organised by The Bengalee Association Bangalore in Ulsoor. This celebration welcomed us with a vibrant, colourful setting featuring beautiful red-and-white accents. The traditional Bengali festive atmosphere, the beautifully decorated surroundings, and the devotion towards Maa Durga made this visit special. One of the highlights was trying the traditional Durga Puja bhog! 🙏🍛 Food is such an important part of Bengali celebrations, and enjoying bhog during the festival added a wonderful cultural and culinary experience to our journey. 📍 4. Sarathi Cultural Association – Koramangala, Bangalore Our final stop was the Durga Puja organised by Sarathi Cultural Association in Koramangala, near KHB Colony. This pandal impressed us with its grand scale and the magnificent size of the Maa Durga idol. The venue was lively, with numerous food stalls, a variety of food options, and plenty of opportunities to experience Bengali culture and festive traditions. There were also cultural performances organised for visitors, along with a flea market where people could explore different stalls. From food and shopping to music, entertainment, and devotion, the celebrations offered a complete festive experience for families and visitors. ❤️ Bengaluru's Durga Puja is more than just a festival. It is a celebration of Bengali culture, art, food, music, devotion, and community spirit.
