Business Rates and Leases - Commercial Property Update January 2023; revaluation list 2023

Business Rates are set to rise for most businesses from April 1st 2023 when the new Revaluation list comes into force. Businesses have until March 31st 2023 to have historical errors checked - or at least in the system.
