Creator over creation

✝️ CUTTING OFF SIN — CHOOSE GOD OVER THE FLESH, THE CREATOR OVER THE CREATION God has called us to freedom, transformation, and a life that draws closer to Him. When we surrender our lives to Christ, He gives us the strength to let go of the things that keep us from growing in Him. Jesus said in Matthew 5:30, “And if thy right hand offend thee, cut it off, and cast it from thee…” Jesus is teaching us the seriousness of sin. We cannot keep holding onto the things that are pulling us away from God and expect to walk closely with Him. Sometimes you have to cut off the relationship, the habit, the environment, the conversation, or anything else that keeps leading you back into sin. 📖 Romans 6:12 — “Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body…” 📖 Colossians 3:5 — “Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth…” 📖 James 4:7 — “Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.” 📖 1 Corinthians 10:13 — God always provides a way of escape when we are tempted. 📖 Galatians 5:16 — “Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.” Following Jesus is about surrender, repentance, obedience, and allowing God to transform your life. When God shows you what needs to go, trust Him enough to let it go. There is freedom on the other side of obedience. 🔥 Cut it off. Walk away. Repent. Keep moving forward with God. Choose Jesus. Choose the Creator over the creation. #CuttingOffSin #Repentance #ObedienceToGod #Matthew530 #ChristianWalk #FollowJesus #WalkInTheSpirit #BibleTruth #JesusChrist #ChristianEncouragement #KJV #Faith #GodsWord
