Louis Couperin: Tombeau de Mr. de Blancrocher

A "tombeau" is a work, such as music or poetry, paying homage to a dearly departed. Here is such a tribute for harpsichord by Louis Couperin, written around 1652 as part of his Suite in F major, in honor of a tragically lost friend and mentor. Performed by Theo. S.
