Sonic Overture OST - Sunrise Gate Act 2

This music is from the Sonic Overture Demo from the recent SAGE (Sonic Amateur Games Expo). Sonic Overture seems to be taking many elements from original concepts before Sonic 1 was made, possibly framing this game as a prequel to Sonic 1. That, and its exceptional soundtrack and spritework make for a game that I think is worth keeping an eye on. This song is played during Act 2 of Sunrise Gate Zone, the single zone available in the demo. I love the final part of this tune before it loops (such as at 1:50 on this), which is an obvious and beautiful callback to Green Hill Zone.
