We were frustrated with smoke alarms that couldn’t tell what’s fire from what’s not, and we quickly realized that we weren’t alone. Smoke alarms miss 28% of fatal fires and have a 90% false alarm rate. We set out to do something about that. Phare C1 is the result. It uses an array of advance sensors to detect fires earlier and eliminate false alarms. It learns and improves over time to make your home even safer in a decade than it is on the day you install it.
