Found by Odin, Loki was taken to Asgard and raised by him and Frigga as an Asgardian prince, along with Thor, becoming the Asgardian God of Mischief. When Thor was to be crowned King, Loki had sabotaged the coronation by letting the Frost Giants attack Asgard, thus leading Thor to seek vengeance on Jotunheim, which resulted in Thor's banishment to Earth and Loki finding out the truth about his heritage. Frigga gave Loki the throne when Odin had fallen into the Odinsleep; however, when the Warriors Three and Sif attempted to return Thor home, Loki was forced to try to stop them. Regardless, Thor returned from his exile on Earth and ended Loki's reign, thwarting his attempt to declare war on the Nine Realms with Jotunheim's destruction. With Odin disapproving of his actions, Loki allowed himself to fall through the deep abyss of space, entering a wormhole created by the sudden termination of the Bifrost Bridge. About Loki Season 1: Immediately after seizing the Tesseract as a result of the actions of time-displaced Avengers, Loki teleports to Mongolia, where he is arrested by the Time Variance Authority due to his actions that caused a Nexus Event, and therefore created a branched timeline. Loki is then taken into the TVA's headquarters following an extensive screening process, and seeing someone get pruned for not following directions, Judge Ravonna Renslayer sentences the God of Mischief to also be pruned. Though Agent Mobius M. Mobius intervenes and instead takes him into a Time Theatre for interrogation. As Loki contemplates his ability to possess free will in a predetermined timeline, Mobius shows him his intended future in the "Sacred Timeline", which includes his role in the death of his adoptive mother, leaving Loki in disbelief. When Mobius momentarily leaves the room for a briefing with Hunter B-15, Loki manages to escape and retrieves the confiscated Tesseract. However, he discovers that it, like the other Infinity Stones, are powerless in the TVA. B-15 rushes to prune Loki, but he returns to the Time Theatre and uncovers more of his future: from his strengthened bond with Thor to his death at Thanos' hands, leaving Loki in utter shock. About Loki Season 2: Loki runs away from Mobius M. Mobius and Hunter B-15, who do not recognize him. To evade, he jumps onto a Time Variance Authority Mail Cart and into the monitor room where Casey rats him out. Suddenly, Loki's body becomes distorted as he jumps to another point in the TVA where Casey does recognize him. This keeps happening to Loki as he comes to find out he is jumping from the past and present. In the past, He Who Remains made himself known to agents instead of replacing himself with the Time-Keepers.
