Unpredictable Day at Ocean View Fishing Pier in Norfolk Virginia | Scattered Heavy Rain Storm

We drove to Ocean View Fishing Pier in Norfolk Virginia for some night fishing. It started out as partly cloudy then turned into scattered thunderstorms that passed by. The pier wasn't too busy when we arrived. There were a lot of people on the beach, jet skiers and boaters having fun. People were catching a variety of fishes like weakfish, toadfish, sea robin, silver perch, black sea bass, flounder, spot, pinfish and croakers. We saw dolphins not far from the pier. There was a fisherman who looked like he has a big one on his line. A rainbow appeared far in the distance after the three thunderstorm clouds that passed.
