Set in a fictionalized version of Chicago, Illinois, the game centers around Aiden Pearce, a highly skilled grey hat hacker who can hack into any device within in the city, taking hold of the entire city's infrastructure, either to obtain and control information or to destroy such devices completely at specific times. When it was released back in 2014, the game received mixed reactions due to a graphical downgrade from its initial E3 reveal. However, years later, Watch Dogs is now highly regarded for its unique vigilante simulator vibe and atmosphere. While later sequels added more varied parkour and hacking tools, many players prefer the first game for its focused narrative and darker tone. #WatchDogs #AidenPearce #Stealth #Gaming
