This is our first time in the Philippines. On our way from Siquijor to Romblon we stopped off in Bacolod city, the home of Chicken Inasal. We only had 24 hours to explore the city so we headed straight out to pack in as much as we could in the short time available. Here are our first impressions of Bacolod.
