GIANT Whiting in the St. Augustine Surf (Catch & Cook)

We travel eastward to the sandy beach of Anastasia State Park in St. Augustine, FL. Casting our hooks into the muddy surf, there at first seems to be no life. At least no hungry life. Then BAM, the Whiting start to chomp down on our nearly sun cooked shrimp. After much success, we bring some home to cook in various ways. One is filleted and pan seared in oil; one is cleaned, stuffed, and baked whole. Both are delicious. One catfish also caught for good luck. Gear/Editing Software: -Go Pro Hero 13 Black -iMovie
