Crushing Biochar with an Apple Grinder

I've tried many ways to grind #biochar - pushing through a mesh, wood chipper, hammer mill - and all have their drawbacks. Recently, I noticed that inexpensive grinders called "Fruit and Apple Crusher" were sold under many brand names in Amazon. It seemed promising - low impact, about the right output size - but would it work? I bought one and built a simple wooden frame to mount it on my wheelbarrow. I've ground up many loads of biochar now and the unit does not seem to be wearing out or in danger of breaking. Next step will be to connect this to an electric motor to save my arm muscles and speed things up!
