I Turned Our Village Apples Into This! 🍎🔥 | Traditional Apple Treat

🍎 A peaceful autumn day in our village! Today, Mehdi picks sweet and ripe apples from our garden, while I wash and peel them with my grandmother. Marina joins us, enjoying fresh apples and playing with her little teddy bear. 🧸🍎 We slice some of the apples thinly and spread them on a large traditional wicker tray to dry naturally in the autumn sun for the long winter nights. Then we use fresh apples to make a delicious traditional apple treat over our wood-fired clay stove. We prepare the batter with simple ingredients, dip the apple rings into it and fry them until golden and crispy. We finish them with powdered sugar, cinnamon and chopped walnuts.
