Mattias Gordon, the video director was recruited through the Radar Music Videos website (http://www.radarmusicvideos.com) where directors from around the world had the opportunity to pitch their ideas to Kíla. Mattias was chosen over pitches from Australia, Spain, Mexico and England for his inventive animations and previous work with Lau and Kathryn Williams. Mattias explains his approach: “I tried to create something new. I always try to find a unique approach for every video. I work in different styles and techniques. I try to get the feeling of the song and to translate that into visuals. And it’s a balance how much story the video should have. And how much the story should speak to your right side of the brain or the left. Now when the video is finished and I look at it the story tells me something this: Don’t go blind on one thing. If you open your eyes new things will come to you.” According to Rónan Ó Snodaigh, Kíla’s lead singer, the song itself is about “Going to find courage, throwing a stone into a river and the thoughts that go with it to be cleansed.” " Suas Síos Rough translation in english "Walking up and down and through the centre of the road Around the roundabout and back again Walk with your eyes, turn with your feet Left right, left right,  Pick up a stone and write down a thought Walk to the river and throw the stone in Imagine the water cleningyour mind Sorting out the troubles, healing me again Here we go There's no way to measure things except day after day And how you feel the day after Are you backing off or are you willing to get to grips with it Pick up a spade, put your hand in the mud clean out the space, and plant a seed there's a good chance that your plant will grow high I picked up a stone ad I threw it And the water told me that there is no gospel I walked on up to the roundabout Toward the sun, away from it and upwards backwards again I sat down in the traffic Constant beep beep in the traffic And I understood right there as we all understand The the rhythm of our breathing is in the rhythm of the tide and traffic Here we go That's my aim ow and this is my advice That I'll stick with the healing that's happening That I'll emember what it is I'm supposed to be at Pick a day in the calander and say where you want to be Say what you want to be at Concentrate on it, guide your mind Search it out and heal me again I picked up a stone and I threw it I wrote a song and I wrote a story"
