Built to Last - Singing Project at The Horton Epsom

The Horton Choir singing Built to Last with school choirs from Southfield Park, Danetree and Wallace Fields Juniors. The intergenerational singing celebration, was held on 17th June 2026, at The Horton Arts Centre, Epsom. Each choir performed two songs of their choice, culminating in this powerful communal performance of "Built to Last," composed and arranged by local musician Ben Tompsett. The event was the first ever performance from The Horton Choir. The singing project was supported by The D'Oyly Carte Trust, as part of a year of activities marking The Horton's history as the site of Europe's first centre for music therapy.
