Simon and Tracy Bartlett lost 15 1/2 st - Slimming World's Couple of the Year 2012

When Simon and Tracy Bartlett, from Essex, joined Slimming World, they made a weight-loss pact that changed their lives. They had both struggled with their weight since they were teenagers, but their size crept up after Tracy was diagnosed with a rare auto-immune disease. They've now lost a combined weight of 15½st, been named Slimming World's Couple of the Year 2012 and are loving life!
