Taller Experimental de Jazz – "All Blues" (2)

Presentación en el XX Festival de Jazz 🎶 "All Blues" (Miles Davis / arr. F. Morales) Esta pieza forma parte de mi trabajo con el Taller Experimental de Jazz del Conservatorio de Música de Puerto Rico, como parte del tributo al centenario de Miles Davis y John Coltrane. En esta versión, reinterpreté el tema incorporando tambores batá (itótele y okóncolo), combinados con el Jazz Waltz original, explorando una nueva sonoridad y una perspectiva distinta al arreglo tradicional. Morales) This piece is part of my work with the Experimental Jazz Workshop of the Conservatory of Music of Puerto Rico, presented as part of our tribute to the centennial celebrations of Miles Davis and John Coltrane. In this arrangement, I reinterpreted the composition by incorporating batá drums (itótele and okónkolo) into the original jazz waltz, exploring a new sonic landscape and a different perspective from the traditional arrangement.
