The Anti Drum Machine

Back in May at Superbooth one instrument that absolutely gripped me as one of my highlights of the show was the Manifold Research Centre Antilope. It’s a semi-modular, Eurorack compatible instrument that sits somewhere at the crossroads of being a drum machine, a groovebox, a percussion synthesizer, an FX processor, an experimental noise synth all tied together through an exploration of feedback and resonance. In this video I’ll be exploring each aspect of the Antilope section by section to understand how they work and what they can do.
