Welcome to Eastern Rural Nepal In this video, we are in the beautiful lower mid-hill rural region of Eastern Nepal, surrounded by green hills and peaceful natural environment. Today we cooked fresh organic pork in traditional village style. Using firewood and simple handmade tools, we roasted pork on open fire in a completely natural way. Along with pork, we prepared different local vegetables, fresh greens, and homemade achar (pickle). This video shows real Nepali rural lifestyle, organic food culture, and traditional cooking methods from Eastern Nepal.
