Relaxing in Hanoi | where to eat and shop for Vietnamese brands

Is it possible to relax in a city like Hanoi? On my first visit, I was overwhelmed by everything. But this time I enjoyed a slower, relaxing pace. I hear Ho Chi Minh City is the best place to shop for local Vietnamese clothing brands, but I still found some really cool shops in Hanoi! Really enjoyed shopping on this trip.
