Are they Nerfing Classes Again Based on Youtube Counts?

The way PA makes changes to classes in terms of PvE should really not be encouraged or continue. Edania Part 2 features heavy DPS-check mechanics as well as rough grind requirements just to make gear progression. Instead of trying to help classes that barely passes the checks, they're now once again nerfing classes Top-Down. Grinding 100+ Hours just to gain a few AP ain't fun. Of course players will try and cheese on easier classes that requires less gear for same trash, deals more DPS, or have less strain to fingers during combo. Nerfing them only means more work to players overall and no one is a winner. The worse thing is I fear PA is nerfing those classes simply because 'Oh No these Youtube Grind Vids went so Viral it must be the class being too overpowered'. Like are there even any well-grounded statistics or data behind all these changes? Imagine if Content Creators have to worry about how their guides would affect future changes to certain gameplays, make certain classes get nerfed or even becoming unplayable. How demoralizing this could be to the community? Instead of actually trying to narrow the performance gap, we instead get fewer people sharing and posting, more players go defensive on what they play and gate-keep their skills and efforts.
