Helena after the recent focus bug fix is a much better DPS. Main RNG here is the pain setting and how many repeats Galliard's move does, affecting how long the second AF will be. Helena's 50% staff buff in burst stellar node is quite useless, because her stellar skill in burst has 25% staff buff and will overwrite her own 50% staff buff if used but that is the preferred skill most of the time to burst.
