Life lately has been a little difficult. 🤍 Over the past couple of weeks, stress has thrown all my routines out the window. I haven’t been going to the gym, cooking as much, or sleeping well, and I’m trying to learn to be a little kinder to myself instead of forcing everything back to normal. In this vlog, I’m sharing a little of what everyday life has looked like lately, along with a family day out at a park in Japan that didn’t quite go as planned… including a very unfortunate missed train. 😂 Sometimes, all you can do is slow down and take things one day at a time.
