Sound Deadening - What's the real difference?! Part - 1

One of the first steps in your van conversion is to sound deaden and insulate the living space. but how much difference does good sound deadening really make? I ran a test on a completely bare van to see what noise levels are recorded, with the aspiration to record an other video after i have fully sound deadening the interior space.
