Running The Red Line - Bonus Episode - Midland Counties Cross Country Relays

Bonus Episode - Midland Counties Cross Country Relays: On Saturday 17 October 2026 the Midland Counties Athletic Association held the Cross Country Relay Champs at Top Barn Farm in Worcester. This race is open to all Midlands clubs who can field teams of 4 male or 3 female runners. Each of the legs are run on the same 3.75 mile / 6 km course with each runner passing off to the next until all 4 runners have completed their leg. With Andy coming back from his Loch Ness marathon and searching for some fitness and Brett fresh off his Alcester 10K PB how will we both get on?
