NYS Fair 2026 | A Day at the New York State Fair

One of our favorite times of the year - NYS Fair time! We went on Day 2 (Aug. 27, 2026) and had an amazing time. The 2026 New York State Fair is in Syracuse, NY and runs from August 26 - Sept. 7, 2026. Watch as we explore the New York State Fair and see attractions and taste a variety of food and drinks. We finally tried Peachy's donuts and pretzels. The company is from Sarasota, FL so it's no wonder the line is so long at the fair! We visited a lot of old favorites this year - the dairy building for milk and limp lizard for wings. We also sampled some bourbon and tried something new from the Fair Deli stand. As always the trip to the fair was chaotic and great! We have plans to go back one more time to hit up the things we missed. Tickets are only $8.32 per person, so it's a great value.
