BLUE HUMMINGBIRDS 💙 | Blue Can Mean So Much More | Original Song | Nova-Core Creations

I thought blue only meant goodbye. Then two hummingbirds came to a rainy window and gave it another meaning. “BLUE HUMMINGBIRDS” is an original song about making a little room for joy, even when the weather hasn't changed. Lyrics: [Verse 1] I filled the feeder in the middle of the rain Though I was sure the birds had flown away Coffee cooling by the window, curtains halfway drawn I made a place for joy I didn't think would come Then a flash of blue held steady in the gray A heartbeat with wings, and the room began to change [Pre-Chorus] It didn't stop the weather It didn't fix a thing But I pulled the curtains open And I let the morning in [Chorus] Blue hummingbirds, blue hummingbirds I thought blue only meant goodbye Then you drew it through the morning Like a living piece of sky The rain was still around me But I opened up the door Blue hummingbirds, blue hummingbirds Blue can mean so much more [Verse 2] A second one came darting through the maple tree They drew a crooked circle right in front of me One drank from the feeder, one hung in the air Two flashes of a color I had forgotten how to wear They vanished down the street as quickly as they came But every drop along the rail caught blue inside the rain [Pre-Chorus] I stood there with my coffee And the day I couldn't mend The birds were gone in seconds But I filled the feeder again [Chorus] Blue hummingbirds, blue hummingbirds I thought blue only meant goodbye Then you drew it through the morning Like a living piece of sky The rain was still around me But I opened up the door Blue hummingbirds, blue hummingbirds Blue can mean so much more [Bridge] Some days they never visit Some days the clouds stay low But I leave a little sweetness In a place where wild things go And when the sky turns heavy I don't ask it to be kind I remember two blue flickers And I open up the blinds [Final Chorus] Blue hummingbirds, blue hummingbirds I thought blue only meant goodbye Now I watch the morning gather All its colors in the sky The rain may still be falling But I know what windows are for Blue hummingbirds, blue hummingbirds Blue can mean so much more [Outro] Blue can mean so much more Credits: Song: BLUE HUMMINGBIRDS 💙 Songwriter: Nova Blair Solis Producer: David Ryon Art Direction: Nova Blair Solis Label: Nova-Core Creations The music was created with AI assistance, and the video uses AI-generated scenes.
