Oceanogràfic Valencia is Europe's largest aquarium — and one of its most architecturally stunning. Built by Félix Candela inside the City of Arts and Sciences complex, it holds 500 species and 45,000 animals across 10 separate pavilions. This 4K tour walks you through all of them: the 70-metre underwater tunnel with sharks and sea turtles overhead, luminous jellyfish tanks, beluga whales below the surface, penguins diving, seals at the glass, and the dolphin show in the outdoor pool.
🐋 What you'll see:
– Oceanos Tunnel: loggerhead sea turtles, sharks, and rays swimming overhead
– Jellyfish exhibit: moon jellyfish, lion's mane jellyfish — multiple species under dramatic lighting
– Beluga whale pavilion: extended underwater footage — interaction and play behaviour
– Penguin exhibit: colony on rocks and graceful underwater swimming
– Arctic zone: seals approaching the glass and giant spider crabs
– Dolphin show in the outdoor pool — trainers and full performance
– Architecture of the City of Arts and Sciences from the Oceanogràfic grounds
📍 Location: Oceanogràfic, Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, Valencia, Spain
🎥 Filmed in 4K — 22-minute full tour
