TOUCH YOUR HEM

Touch Your Hem | In Their Shoes Twelve years is a long time to live with something that nobody else seems able to fix. For twelve years, this woman suffered. She spent what she had. She searched for answers. And she lived with the isolation and shame that came with her condition. Then Jesus walked through the crowd. She didn't come with a speech. She didn't come with confidence. She simply reached. “Touch Your Hem” is inspired by the story of the woman who had been bleeding for twelve years, recorded in the Gospels. Her story is one of desperate faith — of reaching for Jesus when you have nothing left. But perhaps the most beautiful part comes after the healing. Jesus didn't allow her to disappear anonymously into the crowd. He saw her. He called her daughter. He knew her whole story. And He loved her anyway. This song is not a promise that every physical suffering will immediately disappear. It is a reminder that when we reach for Jesus in our deepest need, we are seen. Even when we feel ashamed. Even when we feel forgotten. Even when we have no words left. He knows our story. And we can still reach for Him. In Their Shoes is a collection of songs inspired by the people and stories of Scripture — imagined from inside their struggles, their prayers, their failures, their faith and their encounters with God. Because sometimes the Bible story isn't just their story. It's ours too. 📖 Scripture inspiration: Matthew 9:20–22; Mark 5:25–34; Luke 8:43–48 🎵 Song: Touch Your Hem 💿 Album: In Their Shoes Songs inspired by the people and stories of Scripture #InTheirShoes #TheHemOfYourGarment #Jesus #Faith #ChristianMusic #WorshipMusic #BibleStories #christianfolk
