Behmor 1600 Plus Tutorial - Home Coffee Roasting - with Calvin Hanson

I originally did this video for a friend (Jason with www.kuyperiancoffee.com), but realized this video could be a helpful home coffee roasters tutorial as well. The production quality could be better (sorry bout that) and if I get enough requests, I'll create another with a few camera angles. Let me know if you have any questions! I have enjoyed roasting on the behmor and do about 2-3 roasts a week with it. I source my beans from Sweet Marias, Coffee Bean Corral, and Burman Coffee Traders as well as from Kuyperian Coffee. I usually go with specialty beans. My favorite origins are Kenya, ethiopia, and Yemen but there is a TON of great beans from all over the place. Right now I have one from China Yunnan that smells like strawberries and cream (Kuyperian is selling it on their site). I also roast on a Quest M3S and hook it up to Artisan software to track bean mass temperature and environment temperature and have much more control with this setup but it is much more hands-on!
