The arrangement develops from a soulful refrain into a powerful full-band performance filled with expressive vocals, guitar, flute, tabla, harmonium, bass and drums. The chorus and asthai were composed by Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan. The verses and antaras were composed by Shahzad Ali Khan.
