It is named “Ingenieur” meaning it is a serious statement about its mechanical prowess and this split-seconds (rattrapante) chronograph lives up to name on the dial: IWC. At the base the caliber IWC starts with the ever reliable ETA/Valjoux 7750 but the Schaffhausen specialists customize it almost beyond recognition and the caliber effectively has become an in-house product. Obviously the watch is not new, bought from one specialized website, the price was not cheap and I will not disclose the price but the new model costs over 12000 euros. No papers came with the watch but the only paper it have is the certificate of warranty for the service done in 2019, this paper seen in the film and now I realized the I forgot to present it, but it is there. Thanks to titanium build is hypoallergenic, very scratch resistant and is very comfortable and due to the cushion shaped profile I bet that even if the watch is big it can hug perfectly any smaller wrist. The rubber band have cracks at the surface but is still strong and it will last many years to come.
