WATCH LIVE: Winter storm hits downtown Cleveland

The long-awaited winter storm has arrived in Northeast Ohio, and downtown Cleveland is right in the thick of it. A steady rain finally turned into snow Wednesday evening, and our 3News meteorologists estimate some areas could see around a foot by Friday. The entire region is currently under a winter storm warning, and ice is also expected to be a major concern.
