Matt Bowers 2008 I&E 1st Place

This is my good friend Matt Bowers and his first place I&E winning solo of 2008. Matt Bowers marched with the 2007 DCI World Champion Blue Devils, 2008 WGI World Champion Rhythm X, and is now the 2008 DCI I&E Multi-Tenor solo winner.
